| Order Cancellation & Returns: |
| Any cancellation or return must be authorized by your local Brighton-Best branch. Goods must be returned in its original and unaltered condition. Only full and original Brighton-Best boxes will be accepted. |

| Cancellations and returns may be subject to restocking and other material handling charges for which the Purchaser shall be responsible. BBI reserves the right to refuse the return and issuance of credit. |

| Prepaid Freight (US only): |
| Prepaid freight is offered on any orders totaling 2,000 lbs or package goods orders of 500 lbs from one warehouse within the customer’s desired ship to address region. Each Brighton-Best branch may offer regional freight specials. Please check with your local account manager or branch. |

| Terms of Sale (US only): |
| Net thirty (30) days from date of invoice for purchasers with established credit. If full payment is not made within 30 days of invoice by Purchaser, Brighton-Best may withhold or cancel any open orders with Purchaser. Credit cards are also an option for payment at time of sale but with no applicable discount. |

| Brighton-Best part numbers and descriptions are available for download at http://brightonbest.com/download.asp. Purchasers are recommended to cross-reference the part numbers themselves and give to Brighton-Best to upload. If Brighton-Best cross-references the part for the Purchaser, the Purchaser must review and sign off on the file before upload to prevent any errors regarding descriptions or specifications.
